How often do we see drama portrayed by actors who deliver outstanding performances due to 1st class scripts written passionately by those who are inspired, not only to entertain, but to tell a story using the basis of Hamlet? I think it is disgusting that primarily Katey Segal's performance as a gang-rape victim was ignored. Idiots!

It sucks that not only did the Golden Globes ignore the show and actors but so did the screen actors guild. I have no doubt with SAG that they know SOA would win if nominated! Professional jealousy perhaps? At least the fans have shown our unwavering support!

The problem with these kinds of things is that they are very political. If you're not known as a brown noser/ass kisser, you're likely to be passed over for these kinds of things. I'm really surprised that SAG turned a deaf ear and blind eye to the quality product that is SOA. Perhaps it could be professional jealousy, but I suspect it's just the fact that Kurt Sutter doesn't play the Hollywood game, and when you don't play the game, you can be and are subject to ostracism.

While the recoginition would be nice, I think that the Kurt Sutter, the actors and the crew are probably more appreciative of the fan base, and our continued support.
